The RealReal Luxury Consignment Office

This consignment office on the 12th floor of 53 W 36th St handles selling rather than shopping, offering appointments for in-person selling, drop-offs, virtual meetings, free valuations, and sell upfront options. Open Monday through Friday, it accepts credit and debit cards and has a wheelchair accessible entrance. Reviewers note helpful and kind staff who explain the process; shopping is available online or at SoHo, Madison Ave, and Brooklyn stores.
