The Nex-Tu-Nu II Store in Sleepy Eye, MN opened its doors on February 1, 1994 and was originally located on 120 Main Street. The name was chosen in tribute to Jeanne Kosak who closed her consignment business called Nex-Tu-Nu in August of 1993. Jeanne was asked to be the first manager of Nex-Tu-Nu II, a resale store on Main Street. It didn't take long to outgrow the first location.
