Project: Pop-Up Lowell | Retail Incubator

Project: Pop-Up has activated a vacant storefront in the historic district to welcome retailers, artists, packaged food purveyors and other small businesses looking to take their concepts for a brick and mortar test drive. Local brands have the opportunity to pop up for a four month period at a subsidized rate, and are provided with access to a suite of resources to help seed their success.
