This unique group of military spouses, civilian DoD employees & retirees have worked together for over 50 years to raise money for Community Grants in the Quad Cities and provide Scholarships for family members associated with the Rock Island Arsenal. RIAWC is a private, not-for-profit, non-federal entity. It is not a part of the Department of Defense or any of its components.
