DESI Thrift Store Update: Transition to Online Services The Thrift Store is officially transitioning from a brick-and-mortar retail location to an online-based thrift store and service model. This decision was not made lightly. Over time, we have recognized that operating a physical storefront comes with rising overhead costs, staffing limitations, and challenges that reduce our ability to focus on our mission-driven work.
